Our SVP’s challenge to us

IBM’s Senior Executives are expecting our team to develop internal use cases harnessing IBM’s trusted data source, EPM, and our portfolio of watsonx AI solutions.

To build great products, the best approach is a user-centered approach.

This is no different for AI products.

Responsibilities

Art

Ensure that all products we’re building are built to solve real user problems.

User research ultimately de-risks production by helping to confirm that what we’re making is actually relevant and useful to users.

Apply and contribute back to new AI for Carbon Design System.

We’ll use the new AI design kit to ensure consistency across all of our AI products.
