Responsibilities
Ensure that all products we’re building are built to solve real user problems.
User research ultimately de-risks production by helping to confirm that what we’re making is actually relevant and useful to users.
Apply and contribute back to new AI for Carbon Design System.
We’ll use the new AI design kit to ensure consistency across all of our AI products.

Influence AI product development across multiple departments and teams.
Our collaborators include 2 AI Researchers, 3 Strategists, 7 Data SMEs, and 10 Developers.
Stay informed on new developments in AI space.
We’re constantly researching external products and performing competitive analyses to sharpen our own products.
